Every user has the right to express ideas safely. Targeted bullying, hate speech, doxxing, and non-consensual media trigger immediate account sanctions.
All violation escalations and suspension appeals are examined by actual human operators within 24 hours rather than opaque, unaccountable AI bots.
01. Respectful Communication & Anti-Bullying
We welcome spirited debate and intellectual discourse, but targeted intimidation, hate speech, and harassment are strictly prohibited across posts, reels, comments, and direct messages:
- Hate Speech: Attacking or dehumanizing individuals or groups based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or gender.
- Doxxing: Sharing private phone numbers, home coordinates, Aadhaar/PAN details, or personal addresses without express consent.
- Non-Consensual Media: Sharing intimate photographs or private videos without the explicit written consent of all subjects involved.
02. Authentic Identity & Anti-Impersonation
FriendsBook prioritizes verifiable human interaction. You may not create accounts pretending to be another individual, student, or corporate brand with the intent to deceive. Parody or fan accounts must clearly declare their satire status in their public display name and bio.
03. Non-Violence, Self-Harm & Exploitation
AXIONIK maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding violent extremism, depictions of severe physical harm, encouragement of suicide or self-harm, and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Violations of this section trigger instantaneous permanent banning, network quarantine, and proactive reporting to statutory law enforcement authorities in India.
04. Intellectual Property & Creator Integrity
Respect fellow creators. Do not rip, repost, or watermark original photography, vertical reels, or artwork without attribution or permission. If your copyrighted work has been posted without authorization, submit a notice to grievance@friendsbook.co.in for rapid removal.
05. Spam, Bot Loops & API Abuse
Do not deploy automated bots, high-frequency query flooders, fake follower rings, or mass repetitive direct message spammers. Our Redis velocity limiters automatically throttle accounts exhibiting non-human request patterns.
06. Fraud, Scams & Financial Exploitation
Using FriendsBook to promote pyramid schemes, deceptive crypto promotions, phishing links, counterfeit credentials, or fraudulent payment requests will result in an immediate permanent ban.
07. Tiered Sanctions & Human Appeal Process
Sanctions range from post deletion and temporary 24-hour read-only restrictions to permanent account terminations. If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you maintain the right to submit an appeal to support@friendsbook.co.in. Human moderation officers guarantee a formal review within twenty-four (24) business hours.
